- Contact details: first and last name, email address, company and the information you enter in the demo request form (number of stores, sector).
- Account details: login credentials for the Keip platform and billing information.
- Usage data: information about how you use the platform.
- Communications: messages and support requests you send us.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve our services, respond to demo and support requests, tell you about our products and updates, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Formspree receives the information from the demo request form and forwards it to us by email.
- Hostinger hosts the keip.co website.
4. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
5. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing sales@keip.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
7. Cookies
keip.co does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting.
8. Updates
We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page changes.
